burning herbs to shift energy

 get a grow box or visit your local farmers market (ok, fine, go the the grocery store. why can't you stay focused today?) grow some sh*t. sniff some sh*t, bathe in some sh*t. drink some sh*t. while some of this shit is in your spice cabinet, some herbs are poisonous & can be fatal if ingested, so if you're gonna eat some sh*t, read some sh*t & make sure it's edible sh*t.  i love your life, even if you don't, nothing you can do about it. do sh*t safely people. fresh herbs can be turned into teas & used to cook. dried herbs can be burned for aromatherapy, ground into powders & turned into incense or added to candles/soaps. burn palo santo to lighten the mood. sage to remove negative energy. cypress to set intentions. lemongrass create a vibe. spearmint for clarity. lavender to rest. cinnamon to invite abundance.

 know when it's time to throw your hands up and say f*ck this sh*t. set some f*ckn boundaries. people run over you because you let them. teach yourself to say no. stop explaining why you said no. you can't make a person see your worth. and if you keep trying to do it you're going to hurt you. if they're not on your team leave mfrs where they stand.
